Manage daily DEPS recording and control to ensure zero cases; monitor location- and customer-specific DEPS, perform RCA, coordinate with operations and insurance for recovery and claims, issue COFs and credit notes, publish performance data, drive KPI improvements, and lead team ownership and engagement.

Responsible for maintenance and fault diagnosis of equipment, ensuring safety standards, and managing routine inspections and breakdowns. Supervises repair areas, tracks jobs, and manages preventive maintenance tasks and documentation.

Drive EXIM sales for rail and inland terminal services by acquiring and retaining customers, managing accounts, coordinating stakeholders (BCOs, shipping lines, CHAs, freight forwarders), promoting multimodal logistics solutions, ensuring smooth customs clearance and cargo movement, and maintaining sales pipelines, CRM records and sales MIS to meet targets.
