ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Key responsibilities 

  • Drive business growth through listing of correct identification, promotion planning and activations basis primary data analysis of the identified market territory 

  • Daily Sales performance and visibility to all the Sales Team. 

  • Customer wise performance / Cluster wise performance analysis. 

  • Acquisition of new businesses ensuring profitability to meet budgeted targets. 

  • CRM – Quality of input and monitoring. 

  • Lead Management and Opportunities conversion. 

  • Identifying growth opportunities with market know-how/ meeting new customers to broaden the opportunity list and developing new customers  

  • Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term term growth 

  • Map the market and maintain market intelligence of customers in the region.  

  • Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients, handling entire life cycle of the customer after onboarding. 

  • Responsible for the visibility for bill submission and collection. 

  • Deduction analysis and credit note issuance. 

  • Carryout MBR/QBRs for critical customers 

  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 

 

  • Any  Graduation with 4 -6 years of experience in sales Coordination. 

  • Good communication skills to develop and build symbiotic professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. 

  • Effective networking and influencing skills and team player.
