Lead technical delivery of structural designs for US transportation projects using AASHTO and DOT standards. Manage pursuit and execution of design-build projects, oversee BIM/CAD deliverables, structural analysis (MIDAS, SAP2000, LEAP Bridge Concrete), mentor teams, support resource acquisition, ensure quality management, and liaise with US leadership to meet schedule, budget, and safety expectations.

Design and deliver civil and structural engineering solutions for rail and station projects across all stages from concept, optioneering and detailed design through construction support. Lead minor projects, perform structural assessments and remedial design for bridges, platforms, footbridges and lift shafts, produce drawings, verify designs, mentor junior staff, manage programme, budget and H&S, and support BIM/digital and automation improvements.

Lead establishment and maintenance of program process controls and document management for global real estate programs. Create and maintain piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and related 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, Plant3D or CADWorx. Verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards, collaborate with engineers, maintain libraries/templates, follow cGMP and SHE requirements, and work within budget and schedule.

Lead and supervise flood modelling studies and flood risk assessments, resolve technical modelling issues, review hydraulic models, manage project components and junior staff, contribute to bids, and champion quality and innovation.
