Senior electrical engineer responsible for designing and reviewing electrical systems for water-industry projects across concept, preliminary, detailed, and construction phases. Duties include lighting, low-voltage distribution, grounding, cable systems, lightning protection, UPS, PLC/SCADA interfaces, electrical studies, specifications, compliance reviews, quality assurance, client coordination, and mentoring team members.

Creates, edits, verifies, and maintains piping and instrumentation diagrams using AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and CADWorx. Generates project drawings, updates layouts, maintains P&ID libraries and templates, and ensures compliance with engineering standards, cGMP, safety requirements, and project specifications. Collaborates with engineers and designers while delivering work within budget and schedule constraints.

Creates and coordinates structural BIM models, 2D CAD drawings, and 3D/4D models for rail infrastructure projects including bridges, stations, and depots. Ensures BIM standards, quality controls, workflows, and deliverables are met while collaborating across disciplines and cloud-based CDE platforms. Manages deliverables across multiple projects, supports coordination meetings, exports collaboration formats, liaises with project teams, and mentors junior staff.

Design highway and rail bridges using structural analysis and design tools; prepare and check drawings, reports, quantities and reinforcement schedules; apply FEA and grillage models; collaborate with project leads, manage timelines/budgets/safety, and use BIM and design/drafting software to deliver multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Lead delivery of complex highway and rail structural projects including concept through construction support. Provide technical leadership, design and 3D/BIM production, manage resources, schedules, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and value engineering for bridges and associated civil/utility works.

Lead technical delivery of rail and highway bridge and utility structure projects in the US.
