The Associate/Sr Associate - FP&A will be responsible for analyzing and reporting business performance, executing strategic finance projects, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to prepare reports and dashboards to track company performance and manage the budget allocation annually.

Responsible for processing transactions, reconciling customer accounts, onboarding new clients, monitoring and resolving payment processing issues, creating invoices, collaborating with teams for accounting queries, and improving process efficiency. Must work in a rotational shift environment and have expertise in Python, SQL, payment processing, and finance.

Ensure timely review of alerts from AML transaction monitoring system, documentation of reviews, provide inputs on AML/CFT risk issues, and support transaction surveillance framework.

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems, manage support requests, and collaborate with specialized teams. This role involves strong problem-solving skills and ensures optimal customer service within a live production environment.
