Lead regional B2B sales and corporate fundraising across the North region. Drive revenue targets, develop sales strategies, manage major corporate and government stakeholders, acquire and retain donors, optimize conversions, and lead a 20–25 person client management and business development team. The role includes institutional sales, partnership development, team mentoring, CRM usage, and travel for client meetings.

Owns end-to-end recruitment for business development and critical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate shortlisting, offer negotiations, onboarding, and background verification. Partners with leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy, coordinates payroll and compliance activities, supports employee engagement and grievance resolution, and analyzes HR metrics. Maintains talent pipelines, manages stakeholder communication, and independently delivers high-responsibility HR outcomes.

Supports the Managing Director through calendar, communication, meeting, travel, and administrative management. Tracks strategic goals, coordinates stakeholder follow-ups and review calls, creates sales dashboards and presentations, manages records and expenses, handles confidential information, and assists with social media. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
