The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preference will be given to immediate joiners only Qualifications & Criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. 8. Goal Setting: Collaborate on annual/Quarter/Monthly goal setting for the Managing Director. 4. Review Calls: Schedule and facilitate review calls to track progress on goals. 5. Stakeholder Follow-Up: Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on tasks and objectives. 6. Goal Execution: Support the execution of set goals through diligent tracking and reporting. 7. Sales Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain a sales dashboard to visualize performance metrics. 8. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. 9. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. 10. Administrative Support: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings; manage expense reports and invoices. 11. Information Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. 12. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take minutes. 13.
