Supports the development and improvement of AI-powered legal technology products by translating requirements, coordinating technology teams, testing features, and supporting implementation. Manages legal data operations, assists customers with product issues and training materials, enables sales through demonstrations and product updates, and coordinates cross-functional projects to improve processes, product quality, and customer experience.

Onboard and train legal, tax, court, and government users; monitor account usage and adoption; proactively re-engage low-usage customers; resolve first-line queries and coordinate escalations; maintain CRM and ticket records; support renewals, retention, and account expansion across an assigned customer cluster.

Build and lead Lexlegis.ai’s indirect sales engine across India. Recruit, onboard, activate, and enable resellers, referral partners, Bar Associations, ICAI branches, and industry associations. Design channel margins, referral fees, and co-selling rules; manage channel conflict; conduct partner pipeline reviews; and drive partner-sourced revenue. The role begins as an individual contributor with an opportunity to build the channel team and requires frequent travel across India.

Runs tailored product demonstrations, builds proof-of-concept environments, supports evaluations, answers integration and security questions, drafts technical RFP responses, and partners with account executives and channel partners to improve deal win rates. The role also captures product feedback and requires credible legal and tax research knowledge.

Own government and PSU sales territories across judiciary, tribunals, and district offices. Manage the full sales cycle from relationship development and tender submissions through award, collection, renewals, and account expansion. Build relationships with government officials, tribunal administrators, PSU legal teams, and department leaders while navigating complex buying processes and long sales cycles. Regular travel, forecast management, and personal target attainment are central to the role.

Own the corporate segment nationally, lead Account Executives across multiple cities, and drive recurring revenue growth. Manage mid-market and enterprise sales motions, maintain pipeline coverage, oversee proofs of concept, RFPs, InfoSec and procurement processes, forecast performance, coach the sales team, and support renewals and expansion with Customer Success. The role requires regular travel across India and experience selling SaaS subscriptions to legal, tax, compliance, finance, or HR teams.

Leads presales strategy and a team of two Solution Engineers, owning technical win rates across demos, POCs, RFPs, tenders, and security responses. Standardizes demo content, governs POC outcomes, trains account executives, develops solution narratives and technical-commercial proposals, manages lead qualification and handoffs, and communicates product gaps to Product. The role requires enterprise presales experience, SaaS or LegalTech expertise, and familiarity with AI-search, LLM, and RAG products.
