Build CI/CD pipelines, containerize apps with Docker, run workloads on Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), implement monitoring/AIOps, enforce DevSecOps, script automation (Python/Bash), optimize costs (FinOps), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Build and productionize lead scoring, churn, and media-mix models; write SQL and Python pipelines; use GCP/BigQuery; translate model outputs into actionable marketing recommendations and work with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into campaigns.

Support media operations by maintaining media plans, trackers, and reports in Excel; upload and validate campaign data; assist billing reconciliation; perform data quality checks; follow SOPs and coordinate with planning, buying, and finance teams.

Manage client social accounts with the social, copy, and design teams; create engaging content; execute daily account tasks; support branding, positioning and marketing implementation; propose service and positioning improvements; monitor performance and trends to drive engagement.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, resolve technical SEO issues using tools, manage link-building and content strategies, monitor web analytics, and communicate results. Work with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships, with experience handling GCC/international clients preferred.

Create and edit SEO-optimized website and blog content for client brands, refurbish existing content, collaborate with SEO team, analyze content metrics, and meet tight deadlines.

Lead development of brand, digital and social strategies by uncovering audience, cultural and media insights. Define channels, content approaches, influencer use, write creative briefs, brief teams/agencies, run qualitative and quantitative research, monitor digital trends, and collaborate across Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Production, PM and Accounts. Participate in client workshops and presentations.
