Provide L3 administration, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and messaging in hybrid environments. Manage Exchange, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra services, virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), email security, endpoint management, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, backups, and automation with PowerShell. Automate administration with Ansible, shell scripting, and Python, integrate compute/storage/networking, and maintain documentation and operational procedures.

Manage and optimize S3 and NFS storage platforms in HPC environments to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, capacity planning, access control, replication, backups, and secure data access. Troubleshoot storage and data-access issues, integrate storage with Linux and Kubernetes workloads, automate administration, perform health monitoring and incident RCA, and maintain operational documentation.

Support and maintain enterprise applications across incident, problem, change, release, backup/recovery and disaster recovery. Monitor performance and availability, perform event correlation, manage capacity, implement fixes and patches, maintain CMDB, and collaborate with technical teams to improve service stability and run DR tests.

Manage, administer, and support enterprise Oracle infrastructure including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, backup/recovery, high availability, performance tuning, security, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and documentation while collaborating with database, infrastructure, and application teams.

Provide NOC and IT infrastructure operational support: monitor systems, troubleshoot servers/networks, respond to incidents, follow SLA-driven processes, maintain documentation and collaborate with technical teams to ensure service availability.

Lead end-to-end deployment and optimization of Splunk/LogRhythm SIEM platforms, integrate diverse log sources, develop parsers and correlation rules, build dashboards and alerts, tune detections to reduce false positives, collaborate with SOCs, document implementations, and provide training while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Manage, maintain, and support Linux server environments including installation, configuration, performance monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, security updates, automation via scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with development and network teams.
