Lead Workday HCM Compensation specialist responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and administering Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. Partner with stakeholders to run global merit and bonus cycles, support HCM core areas, create dashboards, audit data, translate requirements into solutions, and provide global support across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely pay. Coordinate third-party payroll system implementations/upgrades, interpret pay policies, apply leaves/union rules, maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, and support offboarding and vendor relations.

Define target-state infrastructure architectures, roadmaps, governance, and transition plans across data center, cloud, hybrid, network, compute, storage, virtualization, containers and platform environments. Lead assessments, migrations, capacity planning, performance optimization, disaster recovery, security compliance, and vendor evaluations. Advise on modernization, automation, IaC, DevSecOps, SRE, FinOps, and AI-ready infrastructure. Support RFPs, executive presentations, and mentor junior architects while ensuring architecture alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Embed with customers to scope, prototype, and deploy production-grade agentic and generative AI solutions. Own client relationships, technical direction, delivery, optimization, observability, and mentoring of FDE squads while contributing platform feedback and rapid prototypes to drive measurable business outcomes.

Design, implement, test, and deploy software components for AI-powered solutions. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, write unit tests, integrate cloud and distributed systems, work with data engineering tools (Pandas/Spark), and collaborate with stakeholders to estimate and deliver features.

Lead architecture and execution of tenant-to-tenant endpoint/device migrations (Intune + Windows). Define target-state endpoint architecture, migration sequencing, runbooks, quality gates, tooling (PowerSyncPro), cohort strategies, Autopilot provisioning, compliance re-baselining, cutover stabilization, and evidence capture. Drive troubleshooting, telemetry, and security/compliance integration (Conditional Access, certificates, Defender) and act as escalation point for systemic issues.

Lead endpoint readiness and tenant-to-tenant Intune/Windows migrations: provide risk assessments, escalate complex failures, create runbooks and known-fix playbooks, coordinate with Identity/Security, support cutovers, validate post-migration acceptance, improve troubleshooting playbooks and telemetry, and report on failure categories and readiness metrics while aligning to regional cutovers.

Define target-state Power Platform architecture and tenant-to-tenant migration approach, including environment strategy, governance, ALM, security, connector strategy, runbooks, remediation patterns, validation criteria, stakeholder coordination with identity teams, and telemetry/reporting to track defects and improvements.

Lead application modernization, migration, and architecture efforts: gather and document requirements, design solutions, advise on packaged/SaaS selections, collaborate with architects and developers, and ensure deployments meet time, cost, and quality targets while aligning technology to business goals.
