Perform manual testing for eCommerce features (payments, gift cards, product data, search). Create test strategies, document and maintain Gherkin/BDD test scripts and test cases, execute cross-browser testing, participate in issue resolution, retesting, and UAT, and collaborate with QA and project leads in an Agile environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce. Implement secure integrations via REST/SOAP and middleware, participate in CI/CD and code reviews, support Experience Cloud and Agentforce, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
