Responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, coordinating with sales channels, managing sales activity (proposals, contracts), and delivering excellent customer service to achieve personal and location revenue goals.

Manages and solicits large group and catering sales opportunities for a luxury hotel. Builds customer relationships, develops sales plans, negotiates contracts, designs catered events, upsells packages, conducts site inspections, and coordinates booked business for successful service delivery. Achieves individual and property revenue goals while driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.

Support HR management with employee relations, hiring/recruitment compliance, recordkeeping (including I-9s), onboarding, scheduling, surveys, and frontline HR administration. Assist in coaching, performance management, discipline, and confidentiality. Provide receptionist duties, maintain employee files, and perform other duties as assigned to support hotel HR operations.

Manages property-level human resources operations, including recruitment, hiring, benefits administration, employee development, training, employee relations, legal compliance, employee records, drug testing, safety programs, and workers’ compensation claims. Advises managers on selection and performance processes, supports employee communication, maintains confidential documentation, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
