Process and reconcile international payrolls across multiple countries, including payroll data submission, salary and third-party payments, leaver documentation, tax year-end activities, month-end journals, and financial reconciliations. The role manages payroll vendors, maintains records, addresses employee and auditor queries, supports payroll transitions, and collaborates with HR, Finance, commissions, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Processes and supports end-to-end U.S. payroll, including employee changes, timecard corrections, reconciliations, tax compliance, year-end activities, audits, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate payroll records, responds to employee inquiries, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, supports process improvements, and escalates complex issues. Requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-state payroll and ADP Workforce Now.

Manage the corporate travel program, including employee booking support, travel disruptions, policies, vendor relationships, invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, reporting, audits, visa coordination, event travel planning, system training, and process improvements. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Accounts Payable, approvers, executives, and travel vendors to ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable travel experience.
