Lead regional sales for submersible, mini, domestic and monoblock pumps across West Bengal, Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Drive revenue, expand dealer-distributor networks, develop channel partnerships, manage key accounts and government tenders, mentor sales teams, oversee collections and credit control, provide market intelligence, and ensure sales forecasting, reporting and CRM maintenance to meet profitability and growth targets.

Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts and lead the monthly SIOP/Demand Review. Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and forecast variances; perform root-cause analysis. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance to optimize inventory, safety stock, and capacity. Prepare demand plans, inventory projections, executive reports, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies and planning systems while ensuring ERP and master data integrity.
