Drives sales campaigns, top-deal execution, executive engagement, customer partnerships, innovation initiatives, escalation governance, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Services. Owns regional MI commercial outcomes, including orders, revenue, pipeline, forecast accuracy, margin improvement, recurring revenue, alliance growth, and customer satisfaction.

Design, implement, test, and debug mission-critical embedded C++ software for Nokia optical devices. Refine requirements, develop software designs, configure and understand Linux or other RTOS kernels, and address interrupts, device drivers, memory, synchronization, and multithreading. Review test plans, create test cases, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects reported by testing teams and customers.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end cloud and application solution labs aligned to customer reference architectures.
