Manage a ~$100M HBS Airports P&L through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance and operational reviews. Lead planning cycles (Pulse, SRO, AOP), drive commercial finance metrics, support GM and oversee HBS R&D budget and cost performance.

Lead annual standard costing and drive cost management for ISC conversion and inventory. Perform planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, accruals, and stakeholder engagement. Standardize and automate financial processes and deliver actionable analytics to improve cost efficiency across regions and product levels.

Lead business development and consulting engagements for AutonomyX digital transformation across META. Scope and run diagnostics, workshops, value assessments, proposals, and demonstrations; produce executive materials, business cases, and adoption roadmaps; enable regional teams and build repeatable CoE consulting assets from Pune with selective travel to the Middle East.
