The Senior Architect leads the design and implementation of OpenShift platforms, advising on AI lifecycle, ensuring security, and managing complex solutions for clients in regulated industries.

Lead and deliver multiple customer-facing IT and software consulting projects end-to-end. Manage scope, risks, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, staffing and financial forecasts. Run project ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain client communication. Travel frequently to customer sites and develop working knowledge of Red Hat technologies to support successful delivery.

As a Solutions Architect, you will engage with customers to assess their technical needs, provide presales support, and ensure satisfaction with Red Hat solutions. You'll leverage your extensive IT experience, particularly in application modernization and enterprise solutions, to build relationships and drive revenue.

Serve as a post-sales single point of contact for telecommunications customers, driving satisfaction, renewals, and adoption of Red Hat products. Lead cross-functional teams, manage projects and RAID, coordinate staffing, handle escalations, run executive reviews, and build migration plans from partner solutions to Red Hat platforms.
