The Sr. Operations Analyst will manage procure to pay processes, perform transactions accurately, handle catalog and PO management, and support supply chain operations. They must possess analytical skills, strong communication, and work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

Build and deploy full-stack AI applications integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and multi-agent systems. Develop Python backends, APIs, ingestion pipelines, responsive interfaces, and real-time dashboards. Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes, manage AWS and GPU infrastructure, and operate Linux environments. Mentor developers, conduct demonstrations, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and improve reliability through testing, debugging, performance tuning, and quality processes.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services. Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, negotiate supplier contracts, qualify vendors, drive cost savings, and manage supplier relationships. Align procurement with project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications while using SAP, Coupa, Power BI, and Microsoft Office for tracking, analysis, reporting, and compliance. Collaborate with finance, legal, engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure timely procurement execution.

The Sr. Procurement Analyst sources construction materials, develops procurement strategies, leads RFIs/RFPs, analyzes spending data, and negotiates contracts while ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.

Supports manufacturing quality through QA plans, inspection processes, documentation, supplier and customer discrepancy resolution, corrective and preventive actions, defect trend analysis, supplier improvement, and ISO, EN4600, and GMP compliance. Provides technical guidance, training, SPC-based analysis, and cross-functional support to quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.

Provides technical quality support for manufacturing operations, including QA plans, process routings, inspection processes, documentation, supplier and customer discrepancy resolution, corrective and preventive actions, defect trend analysis, supplier improvement, training, and ISO, EN4600, and GMP compliance. The role also supports customer and supplier quality issues, SPC analysis, and guidance for quality engineering staff.

Supports manufacturing quality through QA planning, inspection-process evaluation, documentation control, supplier and customer discrepancy resolution, corrective and preventive actions, defect trend analysis, SPC monitoring, training, audits, and process improvement. Serves as a technical liaison among quality teams, suppliers, customers, and internal departments while supporting ISO, EN4600, and GMP compliance.

Lead strategic partnerships in digital transformation, manage technology evaluations, support business development, and provide thought leadership on digital trends in procurement.

Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable control system architectures across PLC/IPC, SCADA/HMI, BMS, EPMS, and MES. Develop IEC 61131-3 logic, integrate industrial protocols, produce control documentation, manage FAT/SAT and commissioning, troubleshoot operational issues, drive digital twin and optimization efforts, and align cross-functional teams for mission-critical infrastructure and data center automation.

Lead improvements to Jabil's global price administration and supply chain processes. Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to implement negotiated pricing, master SCM tools, track and communicate KPIs, identify cost-reduction opportunities, ensure legal protections (NDAs), demonstrate ROI for process/tool enhancements, and support cross-functional supply chain issue resolution.
