Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of customer-facing IT projects in a Professional or Managed Services environment. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle SOA composites (BPEL, JCA adapters, Enterprise Scheduler). Build and support integrations, debug production issues, create technical documentation, write/consume SOAP and REST services, and use SQL/PLSQL for data validation. Lead technical pre-sales for modern data center infrastructure: design solutions, size stacks, build BOM/BOQ, run POCs/demos, create proposals and presentations, advise customers and support sales to close enterprise and HPC hybrid-cloud deals.

Develop and document professional services scopes: perform discovery, create SOWs, estimates, WBS and budgets for IT infrastructure engagements (networking, digital workspace, mobility). Collaborate with sales, engineers, and services stakeholders, present proposals to clients, revise scope/fees, and ensure engagements are delivery- and profit-ready. Remote role requiring set IST/MST working hours and video conferencing.

Serve as a senior functional SME for Oracle Cloud and R12 financial modules (O2C, P2P, Projects). Own complex incidents, stakeholder communication, mentoring, configuration, testing, integrations, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), SQL-based analysis, quarterly updates/patching, and continuous improvement including AI-led productivity initiatives.
