Responsibilities include credit renewals, limit enhancements, client acquisition, onboarding, cross-selling trade finance, forex, and cash management solutions, portfolio profitability, compliance, documentation, delinquency monitoring, and coordination with internal product, risk, and leadership teams.

Acquire and manage high-net-worth customers for retail loans and banking services. The role grows CASA deposits, cross-sells insurance and mutual funds, maintains client relationships, generates revenue, coordinates with internal teams and channel partners, ensures KYC compliance, and provides end-to-end customer support.
