The role is onsite in Mumbai with evening and overnight IST hours, offering training and career progression.

Deliver structured, live leadership and management development sessions, primarily online, using provided session designs and briefs. Facilitate practice, breakout activities, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching for corporate and managerial audiences. Prepare for sessions, manage diverse participant dynamics, submit session notes, complete accreditation, and respond to observation and feedback. Potentially provide follow-up coaching to client groups.
