Coach and mentor software engineering cohorts, run daily labs, provide best-practice guidance, support training curriculum and recruitment via technical interviews, monitor performance, and assist the Engineering Manager with planning and execution of engineering projects and delivery processes.

Lead and coach multiple consultant teams to deliver enterprise-scale capstone projects. Provide technical mentorship, system design guidance, program/project oversight, prioritize work, manage schedules and performance, and collaborate with product and client stakeholders to ensure quality, scalability, and successful delivery.

Deliver and develop DevOps-focused instructor-led training, labs, and workshops; create and update curriculum and assessments; support and evaluate learners; partner with engineering and DevOps teams to identify skill gaps and enable organizational DevOps maturity.
