Manage office administration including front desk/reception, leave and attendance, onboarding and resignation processes, inventory and invoice processing, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, travel documentation, and provide ad-hoc assistance to the Country Director.

Manage end-to-end export delivery and order processing, coordinate transportation for export consignments, maintain customer communication, and collaborate with sales, warehouse, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth export logistics operations.
