Develop and execute digital sales and marketing strategies for a print-on-demand Shopify store: manage paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram), email and social campaigns, SEO, influencer partnerships, promotions/affiliate programs; collaborate with design, analyze performance data, and handle CRM to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Design and execute multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns (SEM, social, email, SEO, AI-driven). Automate lead capture and CRM routing, monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and ensure seamless sales handoffs to increase conversion rates.

Coordinate daily project and administrative operations including scheduling, procurement, budgets, contracts, and reporting; support proposal/grant preparation, social media planning, C-suite documentation, onboarding, and event logistics in a remote environment.
