Perform investor relations tasks including reviewing subscription documents, preparing and sending subscription/redemption confirmations and capital letters, conducting AML procedures, drafting investor communications, reviewing capital letters before partner approval, and maintaining IPO worksheets for the fund administration team.

Perform middle/back-office fund accounting: gather statements, price investments, upload trades, reconcile positions/cash, prepare financial reports and allocations, support audits, prepare working papers, and respond to client requests.

Manage onboarding and high-complexity funds, ensure compliance with firm policies, coach and train Associates, handle client communications, oversee timesheets and payroll compliance, and assist with budgeting and profitability analysis.

Lead and coordinate accounting engagements: review and coach associates, manage client relationships and onboarding, set up accounting systems, maintain procedures, perform end-to-end accounting tasks, prepare budget-to-actual analyses, and support process and technology improvements.
