Leads and scales a regional Forward Deployed Engineering team serving strategic enterprise customers. Owns technical discovery, solution scoping, executive relationships, engagement delivery, and customer outcomes. Coaches engineers, maintains delivery quality, identifies product gaps, builds reusable playbooks, and develops a partner FDE track with consulting and GSI firms. The role combines technical leadership, production software development, enterprise consulting, sales support, and people management across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and New Delhi.

Embed with customer engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and build production-grade Cursor workflows. Lead discovery, design and implementation across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and prompt iteration. Ship rapid prototypes, harden them with monitoring and rollout plans, and own reliability through tracing, evaluations, metrics, debugging, and incident response. Collaborate with senior engineering leaders, communicate tradeoffs, and convert successful solutions into reusable product patterns.

Own and grow a named book of strategic enterprise accounts across India, driving new logo acquisition and expansion. Lead full-cycle, technical enterprise sales from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build account strategies, create pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, collaborate with Sales Engineering/Product/Customer Success, navigate complex procurement/security/legal processes, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Own post-sale success for enterprise customers: drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Cursor. Lead end-to-end rollouts, engage engineering leaders, convert use cases to repeatable workflows, monitor usage, and relay product feedback to influence roadmap.

Post-sale technical role embedding with enterprise engineering teams to deploy and scale AI-native developer workflows using Cursor. Configure environments, design workflows, run enablement, debug CI/CD and integrations, lead architecture reviews, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to measure impact and expand usage.
