Lead credit risk policy and governance for SME banking products. Formulate credit policies, evaluate scoring models, assess new products, monitor portfolio performance, analyze macroeconomic and credit-loss scenarios, and report control weaknesses and operational losses. Partner with business, credit, and IT teams to improve data management, reporting, risk strategies, and portfolio quality while supporting regulatory compliance and sustainable growth.

Manages treasury and market activities, including cash-flow forecasting, liquidity, funding, debt, investments, capital structure, and financial risk mitigation. Provides financial recommendations, maintains banking relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, prepares reports and dashboards, improves treasury processes, and supports senior management. Also performs executive assistant duties such as calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.

Manage financial governance, reporting, compliance, analytics, transformation, and performance management. The role manages CCIL reporting and settlements, Nostro and Vostro reconciliations, RBI regulatory returns, SWIFT and RTGS transactions, treasury accounting, funding controls, exception resolution, and coordination with branches, counterparties, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, presentations, confidential records, and follow-up actions. Coordinates board meetings, tracks special projects, prepares briefing materials, and maintains relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Support project managers on Loan Module planning and implementation, finalize and document requirements with sign-off, apply knowledge of current CBS and bank loan processes, and advise on fitment of existing functionality into a new CBS (Flexcube knowledge preferred).

Lead regional post-sanction credit operations including credit documentation, security/charge creation, collateral management, compliance, exception tracking, sanction register maintenance, disbursement approvals, audit closure, MIS management, and stakeholder liaison to ensure timely disbursements and regulatory adherence.

The Customer Relationship Officer will service branch customers, drive new account acquisitions, cross-sell products, and manage portfolios while ensuring compliance and efficient operations.
