Own end-to-end enterprise customer implementations: configure monitoring, RMM, automation, servers, and firewalls; troubleshoot networks and security; script integrations; build repeatable implementation playbooks; act as technical liaison to product and sales teams to drive platform adoption.

Own the architecture and roadmap for a high-reliability, multi-channel alerting service. Design routing, escalation, Temporal workflows, per-tenant configuration, channel integrations, delivery guarantees, and long-running state. Drive cross-team alignment and mentor engineers to ensure reliable, composable notification delivery.
