Design and iterate product, UI and visual experiences from concept to finished product. Conduct remote and on-site usability testing, create wireframes and task flows, identify user touchpoints, and collaborate with designers, product, engineers and PMs to deliver intuitive, user-friendly software while tracking competitor and industry trends.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Qualtrics Engage programs as SPOC, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, RAIDD, governance, resources, change control, QA/UAT, and transition to managed services while aligning solutions to client CX/EX goals.

Lead architecture and engineering for multi-agent LLM systems, build agent components and orchestration pipelines, set engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, evaluate LLM providers, and produce operational runbooks and deployment patterns for client implementations.
