Lead performance engineering for applications and systems by designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and performance tests. Analyze bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, implement monitoring, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and provide actionable reports. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed performance practices throughout the lifecycle. Mentor engineers, document testing processes, and promote performance-aware engineering practices.

Provides underwriting operations support for routine to moderately complex insurance transactions. Reviews credit information, determines documentation needs, responds to agents, processes policy endorsements, and supports policy issuance. The role also analyzes customer operations and finances, conducts investment research, assists with due diligence and credit approval, verifies financial information, and ensures compliance with underwriting procedures. A related bachelor’s degree and at least six months of experience are required or preferred, while insurance underwriting credentials are advantageous.
