Serve as primary customer contact to provide commercial guidance, manage orders and quotations, drive sales growth, capture leads, support sales reviews, collaborate across functions, and promote campaigns while ensuring timely, accurate order management and excellent customer service.

Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities by processing and tracking orders and POs, maintaining lead times and delivery dates, managing inventory and shipments, liaising with customer service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement, managing service providers, preparing cost/pricing information and control documentation, and supporting other departments to ensure timely delivery of marine products.
