Serve as primary customer contact to provide commercial guidance, manage orders and quotations, drive sales growth, capture leads, support sales reviews, collaborate across functions, and promote campaigns while ensuring timely, accurate order management and excellent customer service.

Manage crew-change travel bookings and ticketing to support seamless crew movements. Prepare itineraries per schedules and immigration rules, create/change/refund/issue PNRs in GDS, handle ancillary/non-GDS products, and ensure data privacy and client service.
