The Business Development Manager will develop and enhance BSI India's business footprint, focusing on sales across certification and training services. This role involves building client relationships, achieving sales budgets, and promoting BSI solutions in various sectors including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Configure, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize the global Workday platform. Responsibilities include managing functional modules, resolving incidents, delivering governed enhancements, testing biannual releases, monitoring data quality and security, improving automation, and partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. The role requires expertise in Workday business processes, calculated fields, EIBs, custom reporting, condition rules, data structures, integrations, and release impact assessment.

Lead multi-regional client programs for internal and supplier assurance: manage global strategic accounts, ensure SLA compliance and KPI tracking, deliver programs on time and budget, build client relationships, support account growth, oversee auditor talent and deliverables, and provide strategic reporting and continuous improvement.
