Provide presales and post-sales technical support and solution design for F5 technologies (LTM, WAF, DNS). Run customer workshops, demos, troubleshooting, optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Lead POCs, ensure regulatory and FIPS compliance, manage HSM/HA/partitioning architectures, enable channel partners with technical training, and support tokenization, transparent encryption, and cloud key management deployments.

Pre-Sales Engineer engages customers and sales teams to design and propose Infoblox DDI-based network security solutions. Responsibilities include technical presentations, product demos, POCs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, solution documentation, OEM/partner relationships, and supporting post-sales handover and implementation.
