Drives product development for middle-office and blockchain platforms, from requirements gathering and solution definition through implementation and lifecycle management. Acts as the SME and primary liaison between business, product, and engineering teams. Defines workflows, data flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; resolves dependencies and risks; and supports secure, compliant digital-asset, tokenization, DeFi, DvP, and tokenized-securities initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks. Develop scalable backend integrations and cloud-native deployments across Azure, AWS, or GCP. Optimize and evaluate models, implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, and safety measures, and work with structured and unstructured data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to AI architecture, and mentor junior engineers.
