Provide L3 remote security support: diagnose and resolve incidents, meet SLAs, maintain configuration items, create/update knowledge articles, coordinate with vendors/stakeholders, and improve service delivery for security technologies.

Implement and tune a data classification solution: create policies, deploy and manage endpoint agents, classify PII/PHI, integrate with SIEM and incident response, produce reports, and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, DPDP, IRDAI). Map data flows, inventory sensitive data across departments, and provide ongoing operational support and policy adjustments.

Provide L2 operational support and administration for F5 BIG-IP WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator (SSLO). Monitor platforms, respond to alerts, analyze and remediate web/SSL security incidents, deploy and tune WAF policies, perform configuration changes, develop SOPs/runbooks, conduct RCA, ensure regulatory compliance, and escalate complex issues to L3 or F5 TAC.

Provide L2 support for clients' security infrastructure: monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents within SLA; manage tickets and change processes; liaise with L1, automation teams, and clients; audit tickets, recommend improvements and automation; support project and maintenance activities while ensuring documentation, approvals, and risk mitigation.

Provide L2 security managed services: monitor, investigate, and resolve security incidents; manage tickets to SLA; perform operational tasks and changes; support L1 triage; collaborate with automation teams; audit tickets and contribute to trend analysis and project work to improve processes and automation.

Provide L2 security operations support: monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents; manage tickets to SLA; perform change execution and handovers; audit tickets, recommend automation, and assist L1 engineers and projects.

Provide L2 network and security support for multi-DC BFSI environments: monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents for firewalls, VPNs, routers/switches, load balancers, IDS/IPS and cloud networks. Manage changes, remediation, automation opportunities, DR support, compliance (RBI/ISO27001/PCI-DSS), client/OEM coordination, and coach L1 teams to meet SLAs.

Deliver and implement tailored security solutions, perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, scanning, monitoring, malware and source-code analysis. Advise clients on security architecture, risk mitigation, controls, compliance frameworks, and incident response to minimize business disruption.
