Manage compensation and benefits administration, maintain labor contract records and employee data, recruit across hotel departments using recruitment systems, liaise with agencies, update job descriptions, screen and coordinate interviews, perform reference checks, ensure onboarding and payroll setup, and report to the People & Culture Manager.

Supervise day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Audit, Procurement & Stores on rotation. Process payroll, maintain general ledger, manage vendor payments and reconciliations, oversee day audit and credit card operations, coordinate purchasing and storeroom activities, support month-end close, and train/lead finance staff while ensuring compliance and strong controls.
