Workday expertise, advanced Excel, complex dataset analysis, and strong stakeholder management are central requirements.

Lead and coach an HR operations team to deliver high-quality, SLA-driven service (Workday). Manage casework, measure process quality, provide feedback, escalate and cascade solutions, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Provide full-lifecycle insurance/pensions administration: process policy changes, valuations, quotations, corrections, and exception reports; answer member queries across channels within SLAs; follow quality and regulatory requirements; complete mandatory training; and report risks, complaints, and breaches.
