Lead and mature a cross-functional development and assurance team in Mumbai, aligning local execution with global standards. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, capability development, resource planning, performance metrics, and adoption of modern development/testing practices. Act as liaison with UK leadership and ensure governance compliance across projects, change, BAU, and platform integrations.

Provide first-line IT support to internal users: manage tickets, troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD/Intune, VDI, hardware and peripherals; image/deploy devices, maintain inventory, coordinate OEM warranties, and contribute to knowledge base and disaster recovery testing.
