Own the company’s YouTube growth end to end by planning, producing, editing, and optimizing video content. Develop channel strategy, conduct audience and competitor research, improve discoverability through SEO and metadata, analyze performance data, and run experiments across formats, hooks, cadence, and promotion. Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to align content with brand and business goals while staying current on YouTube trends and platform updates.

Own the WMS product roadmap from warehouse-operations discovery through feature definition, engineering execution, and launches. Lead complex domains including inventory, fulfillment, returns, and logistics; review technical architecture; manage sprint health and dependencies; define product metrics; drive adoption; and mentor junior PGMs. Use AI tools for prototyping, specifications, analysis, and team enablement while communicating effectively with executives and global enterprise stakeholders.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack services and responsive web applications for a transportation management system. Develop APIs, logistics integrations, event-driven workflows, and operational features. Own solutions through design, testing, deployment, observability, and production support. Work with product and operations teams while operating large-scale applications on GCP. Responsibilities include improving performance, fault tolerance, availability, and engineering practices.

Create motion graphics, video, illustrations, animations, icons, logos, merchandise, and promotional collateral. Partner with growth and product teams to produce multi-channel brand materials and support internal products. The role requires strong visual storytelling, composition, typography, attention to detail, deadline management, collaboration, and a portfolio of high-quality motion graphic design work.

Own enterprise Fynd TMS customers from presales discovery and tailored solutioning through implementation, integrations, go-live, adoption, account health, renewals, and expansion. Translate logistics requirements into engineering specifications, manage implementation governance, configure transportation workflows, coordinate data migration and UAT, troubleshoot APIs, train operational users, and drive post-launch success across retail, distribution, and 3PL environments.

Research SaaS trends, competitors, and customer needs; create and execute blogs, newsletters, e-books, and customer success stories; optimize content for SEO and GEO; edit existing materials for clarity and readability; and identify content gaps and solutions.

Build and lead Fynd’s Customer Success function across product lines and verticals. Develop the team, operating model, playbooks, health scoring, QBRs, dashboards, and forecasting processes. Own retention, expansion, adoption, NPS/CSAT, churn, and account-risk KPIs. Manage executive relationships, strategic accounts, escalations, renewals, and expansion while influencing Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales based on customer insights.

Supports enterprise client onboarding and platform implementation across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations. Coordinates timelines, tasks, stakeholders, project checkpoints, documentation, KPIs, issue resolution, risk escalation, post-launch stabilization, and customer adoption. Collaborates with Product, Operations, Support, Engineering, and client teams while maintaining implementation processes, SOPs, and operational improvements.

Support procurement and sourcing for robotic hardware by converting purchase requests into purchase orders, identifying suppliers, onboarding vendors, tracking deliveries, coordinating quality corrective actions and logistics, assisting with customs and invoices, and supporting cost analysis, negotiations, and supplier evaluations.
