Lead global settlements and payments operations, drive automation and process improvements, partner with Product/Engineering/Finance/Treasury/Compliance, support new payment methods and market launches, manage reconciliations and operational readiness, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to reduce risk and scale operations.

Lead and grow a distributed SDET/quality engineering team to define automation strategy, testing frameworks, and quality practices. Partner with Product and Engineering to embed quality across the SDLC, manage multiple concurrent programs, track quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement and automation for distributed, microservices-based payment platforms.
