Manage tender and contract-related logistics transactions for key clients, including service information, surcharge, line creation, and pricing updates in MARS. Process work according to standard operating procedures, respond to inquiries, audit team members’ work, identify process issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and recommend improvements. The role requires expertise in SAP SD contracting and invoicing, data management, analytical skills, and strong stakeholder communication.

Manage tender and contract lifecycles for supply chain products, creating and updating sales and purchase contracts in SAP and Athena. Maintain master data integrity, governance, quality metrics, and contractual rate accuracy. Build Excel-based rate templates, perform audits and reconciliations, resolve system interface issues, meet tender timelines, and coordinate with global stakeholders. Provide training and guidance while supporting revenue and cost recognition through accurate contract processes.

The role manages direct and indirect tax compliance, GST, transfer pricing, TDS, financial controls, statutory and group reporting under IND AS, cash flow activities, and audit coordination. It also supports business leaders through financial modeling, performance insights, process improvement, standardization, automation, and strategic finance initiatives.

Supports container sales compliance through transaction and customer-file audits, customs documentation reviews, onboarding due diligence, risk escalation, recordkeeping, reporting, audit readiness, and process improvement. Coordinates with Legal, Tax, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to maintain accurate, policy-aligned compliance documentation and identify control gaps.

Lead technical product development and solution design across research, prototyping, testing, coding and design. Act as regional functional lead for contract governance and standards, collaborating with Legal, Procurement, Operations, Finance and transformation teams.

Provide legal support for Maersk's global customer contracting: draft, negotiate, and finalize complex maritime, logistics, and commercial agreements; lead regional contracting processes; advise stakeholders on risk and strategy; mentor junior lawyers; develop templates and best-practice guidance.

Manage electrical retrofit and new-equipment projects for a vessel fleet from concept through delivery. Coordinate global stakeholders, shipyards, OEMs and classification societies, ensure regulatory compliance, safety, schedule adherence, and quality while providing technical leadership on marine electrical, automation, navigation and control system installations.
