Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers, provide product and pricing information, resolve questions and objections, document interactions in the CRM, and drive sales through upselling. Handle domestic and international employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, local transportation, itineraries, changes, and cancellations. Manage end-to-end visa processing, documentation, and employee inquiries while coordinating with travel agencies, vendors, and immigration consultants. Maintain accurate travel records and costs, ensure policy and timeline compliance, and manage multiple requests under deadlines.

Writes and edits strategic content including website copy, thought leadership reports, white papers, case studies, sales collateral, and PR materials. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop insight-driven narratives aligned with business and brand goals. Maintains editorial consistency, manages multiple projects, reviews other writers’ work, mentors junior writers, and upholds brand guidelines.

Supports corporate finance operations including monthly and quarterly book closures, accruals, provisions, lease accounting, standalone and consolidated financial reporting, SEBI results, and variance analysis. Maintains financial records, assists with process controls, and provides financial insights. The role requires a CA qualification, accounting expertise, analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with Oracle or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Manage treasury functions including fund planning, cash and liquidity management, derivatives and hedge operations, banking relationships, compliance with RBI guidelines, process audits, and process improvements to optimize safety, liquidity, returns and operational efficiency.
