The Senior Process Manager will configure SCORM compliant packages, validate SCORM API communication, test and upload courses to LMS, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and provide technical support during deployment.

Perform back- and middle-office financial market operations including KYC, reference data, trade support, reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, and report preparation using Excel. Interact with agents/clients to resolve discrepancies and escalate risks.

Architect multi-step Braze Canvas journeys with personalization via Liquid and Connected Content, define dynamic segments, run A/B/multivariate tests, monitor campaign KPIs, ensure data integrity with Engineering/Product, and perform meticulous QA. Requires deep lifecycle knowledge and hands-on Braze experience.

Implement and govern Adobe Analytics tagging (Launch, Web SDK), manage marketing channel setup, classifications, and data feeds. Validate data, implement third-party pixels, define KPIs, build dashboards in Workspace and Tableau, and perform cohort, attribution, funnel, and trend analyses while collaborating with marketing, product, and tech teams.

Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise .NET applications on Azure. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, enforce coding and architecture best practices, run code reviews, manage CI/CD and release processes, and integrate third-party tools while ensuring security and performance.
