Lead global ocean freight sourcing and category management: develop sourcing strategies, run tenders and negotiations, manage carrier relationships, analyze data for cost and performance improvements, mitigate supply chain risks, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across global stakeholders.

Lead design, security, and integration of the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning platform across global regions. Own end-to-end architecture, govern integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems, define security standards, evaluate hosting options, optimize platform performance with DevOps teams, produce architecture documentation, and partner with business and regional teams to translate requirements and mitigate technical risks for wave rollouts.

Own end-to-end vendor master operations delivered via a BPO, manage daily queues in ServiceNow and HICX, enforce SLAs/KPIs with providers, produce performance dashboards and reports, handle escalations and stakeholder engagement, ensure SOX and compliance controls, and drive continuous process improvement and capacity planning.

Lead global employer branding and paid media campaigns across paid and organic channels. Own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to drive candidate attraction and conversions. Enable regional teams, brief creative, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and connect campaign metrics to talent pipeline outcomes.

Lead HICX Supplier Portal administration, reporting, integrations and data activities. Manage team performance, SLAs and quality; support integrations with SAP, D&B and Celonis; run reporting/analytics and mass data changes; drive continuous improvement, user provisioning, and audit controls while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and delivery partners.

Lead end-to-end test strategy and execution for the o9 EOP program and large ERP/planning transformations. Manage SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing, automation (Selenium, TOSCA), defect governance, stakeholder alignment, test reporting, and go-live readiness across global workstreams while coaching test teams and improving automation and test assets.

Own the technical roadmap and deliver full-stack solutions for procurement platforms (SAP/Coupa/CTRM). Lead a team, manage vendors, design architecture, implement front-end/back-end code, enforce security and quality standards, run testing and CI/CD, and ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits.

Serve as the enterprise ServiceNow solution architect and technical SME, defining platform architecture, governance, and standards. Lead integrations, reviews (HLD/LLD), release planning, vendor oversight, and provide guidance to development teams to deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions across global IT functions.
