Perform applied R&D to design, verify, test, and improve HW/SW products for the Lightspan family. Validate IP-based and Layer 2/2+ protocols, develop automated tests, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with R&D/product/support, mentor juniors, and drive software architecture, upgrades, and database migrations.

Bring up, configure, integrate, operate and maintain Nokia 4G/5G core network test environments. Troubleshoot interface issues, track KPIs, and respond to BL team requirements within defined SLAs to ensure service quality.

Provide end-to-end network operations support for customers: handle technical escalations, manage core SW/HW configurations, monitor network performance and SLAs, troubleshoot MS/core interfaces, liaise with internal and external teams, support local team competence development, and respond to critical/emergency incidents.
