Build and manage cross-functional projects supporting Uber’s customer support operations. Manage India-based implementation teams serving Uber for Business enterprise and mid-market customers. Partner with Sales, Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to manage launches, adoption, and usage during the first 90 days post-sale. Build scalable implementation processes, playbooks, Salesforce reports, performance trackers, and localized client materials while identifying roadblocks and expansion opportunities.

Drive new business and expand existing mid-market Uber for Business accounts in India. Manage and forecast the Salesforce sales pipeline, achieve quotas, identify customer needs, develop account expansion strategies, and lead consultative discussions with C-suite stakeholders. Responsibilities include upselling, cross-selling, business reviews, sales strategy, lead generation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer acquisition and growth.

Own post-sale implementation and onboarding for Uber for Business enterprise and mid-market clients. Develop launch strategies, monitor adoption for 2–4 months, provide data-driven recommendations, manage implementation timelines, train customers, configure API, SFTP, and expense integrations, and coordinate with sales, product, marketing, finance, and support teams to drive client success and revenue growth.
