Generate and qualify US staffing business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking. Acquire and manage direct clients, prime vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and MSP accounts. Build relationships, negotiate rates and contracts, coordinate requirements with recruiting teams, track submissions and placements, maintain CRM records, and achieve revenue targets while working the US night shift.
