Plans and executes marketing, communication, and customer engagement campaigns; coordinates lead-generation activities; develops creative product promotion strategies; collaborates with Sales, Product, Design, and other teams; tracks campaign metrics; manages multiple projects; maintains brand consistency; and improves engagement effectiveness.

Supports students through onboarding and account setup via calls, email, and chat. Generates and manages leads in a CRM, conducts follow-ups, identifies customer needs, converts prospects into active investment users, attends education fairs and events, and resolves account-related queries while collaborating with internal teams.
