Supports Citi’s internal KYC and AML compliance program by preparing, maintaining, validating, and approving KYC records and CIP documentation. Collaborates with Relationship Management and Compliance teams, gathers information from internal and regulatory sources, ensures adherence to local and global requirements, tracks workflow progress, maintains supporting tools, assesses risk, escalates control issues, and delivers accurate outputs within quality and timeliness standards.

Supports Citi’s AML and KYC compliance operations by creating, validating, and completing KYC records; researching company and regulatory information; maintaining workflow systems; tracking metrics; escalating discrepancies and high-risk cases; and reporting progress to supervisors. The role also assists with regulatory requirements, documentation, departmental projects, and process improvement using AI concepts.

Performs KYC and AML compliance operations, including client profile reviews, documentation validation, record updates, regulatory adherence, expiry tracking, client follow-up, risk assessment, escalation, and control reporting. The role independently resolves routine and complex issues, ensures timely and accurate execution, and supports consistent implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Conduct due diligence, credit risk assessments, technical and financial analysis, and financial modeling for infrastructure and clean energy project finance transactions. Prepare credit memorandums, portfolio reviews, valuations, waivers, and amendments; identify transaction risks and recommend protective structures. Manage credit exposure, regulatory compliance, transaction execution, stakeholder relationships, and multiple client deliverables under tight deadlines while monitoring industry, geopolitical, legal, and regulatory developments.

Lead infrastructure and clean energy project finance credit assessments, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, risk analysis, transaction execution, and credit memorandum preparation. Manage multiple mandates, evaluate geopolitical and industry risks, structure protective transaction terms, oversee credit exposure, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Prepares credit memorandums, portfolio reviews, risk recommendations, and transaction documentation; supports execution, credit exposure management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Support Basel III Endgame change management through business analysis, project management, and testing across Standardized and Internal Models Approaches. Assess regulatory and control risks, recommend policy improvements, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
